What is your returns policy?

Our Guarantee

We offer a reliable 14 day store credit guarantee for gifts that are not quite right, provided there has been no wear or damage sustained to the item (excluding in transit) and all original documentation is present.

Please note, the use of our bespoke service for special ‘one off’ commissions and wedding bands are non refundable.

Do you offer deliveries?

Yes but only to the same address as is registered on the card being used to pay for the item. Please note this is to prevent fraudulent transactions.

A signature is required on all deliveries. Deliveries will take place any time between Monday and Saturday.

UK Free Delivery
7-10 days using Royal Mail Special Delivery (including BFPO).

Europe
10-14 days using Royal Mail International Special Delivery**.

Worldwide
10-20 days using Royal Mail International Special Delivery **.


** A small charge of £50 will apply to deliveries outside the UK.

If you have any special requirements for your delivery i.e a certain date, or you would prefer us to use a courier service such as FedEx, please do not hesitate to telephone us for a quote.

We will contact you via email to let you know the date of dispatch and tracking number. All items are fully insured until the time of delivery. We will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to the piece after the time of delivery.

How long will shipping take?

We try and quote realistic delivery times. Delivery is generally between 7-10 working days, however, often quicker. Please note - our exclusive engagement and eternity band ranges are all handmade and if not in stock at the time of your enquiry could take up to 10 days for delivery.

Should you have a last minute 'must have' moment, please do not hesitate to telephone and we will do all we can to help!

Does jewellery come in a gift box?

Yes, each piece will come in our sumptuous fitted boxes and will be appropriately cased and packaged for the journey.

Do you take deposits?

Yes, Flaxman Fine Jewellery retains the right to a non-refundable deposit arranged at the time of sale.

Do you offer a valuation service?

Flaxman Fine Jewellery are a member of The National Association of Goldsmiths and offer a professional valuation service for all jewellery and objects d'art. We provide a comprehensive valuation certificate. 

Our charges are £95+vat OR 1.5% of the total whichever is the greater. Larger valuations are negotiable.
