The naturalistic gold pendant set throughout with cabochon rubies and natural pearls amougst fine plique-a-jour enamel work. Suspended from an 18ct gold pearl chain measuring 18 inches. Complete with a detachable 18ct gold brooch fitting. Measuring 32mm by 37mm.
